Your Letter of Enrolment is an important insurance document. As a delivery driver, you’ll need to show it to most work providers before you start your first shift.
One of the questions we hear a lot is: How do I find my Letter of Enrolment?
The good news is, it only takes a few seconds, and you don’t have to call us or wait in line.
Here’s how to get your Letter of Enrolment in the Zego Delivery app:
- Open the Zego Delivery app.
- Tap the ‘Documents’ option at the bottom of the screen.
- Select ‘Letter of Enrolment’ from the list shown.
And that’s it. You can download it and share with your work provider directly from the app. Easy!
Looking for any other documents? Check out this blog on what documents you can find in the app.
What do I do when my Letter of Enrolment expires?
Simply open the Zego Delivery app, tap the ‘Documents’ tab and select ‘Letter of Enrolment’. A new Letter of Enrolment will then be produced with a new expiry date when you download the document to your phone, which will cover you for the next 30 days. So there’s no need to contact us when you need a new one. Easy!
What's the difference between a Letter of Enrolment and Certificate of Motor Insurance?
The Letter of Enrolment (LOE) is a document that tells your work providers (such as Deliveroo or Uber Eats) that we promise to provide you with insurance while you’re working a shift with them.
Your Certificate of Insurance is your proof of insurance cover. This document is what the police will use to prove you have the necessary insurance to use your vehicle for that specific journey – for example, to deliver fast food.
